4/23/09 (St. George's Day)

1. For Jodi, Denise, Sarita, Jeff, Ellen, Sandra and Jenn, who chatted and talked to me today; my worst day in some time.
2. For St. George, patron saint of soldiers, boy scouts, chivalry, England and the Order of the Garter, all of which are important to me. Today is his day.
3. That I have the courage to be by myself.
4. 1 mile. I am going to work on a solid mile before I push any harder.
