Nothing from the 17th. I had a horrifying anxiety attack in the afternoon on the 16th, which I medicated but apparently did not go away. It came back at bedtime and I couldn't take any more meds. So, no sleep for 41 hours. It was all I could do to stay alert at work and with Miriam.
